AnonyVPN Terms of Service

Last Updated: March 29, 2026

1. What This Site Is

AnonyVPN (anonyvpn.net) is an independent VPN comparison and privacy research site. We publish reviews, guides, and rankings to help people make informed decisions about VPN services. We are not a VPN provider — we do not sell, operate, or manage any VPN service ourselves.

2. Using This Site

By using AnonyVPN you agree to:

  • Use the site for lawful purposes only.
  • Not attempt to scrape, copy, or reproduce our content in bulk without permission.
  • Not try to interfere with the site's operation (don't be that person).

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site. If you're under 18, please make sure you have your parent or guardian's permission before purchasing any VPN service you find here.

3. Affiliate Disclosure

We use affiliate links. This means that when you click a link to a VPN provider and purchase a subscription, we receive a commission at no extra cost to you.

This is our primary revenue source. We are transparent about it.

Affiliate relationships do not determine our rankings. We rank VPNs based on our testing methodology. Some top-ranked VPNs (like Mullvad) don't have affiliate programs at all. We've turned down paid placement offers. Our rankings are editorially independent.

4. Accuracy of Information

We work hard to keep our VPN reviews, pricing, and technical information accurate and up-to-date. However:

  • VPN pricing changes frequently. Always verify the current price on the provider's website before purchasing.
  • VPN policies, ownership, and jurisdiction can change. We update our reviews when we become aware of significant changes, but we can't guarantee real-time accuracy on every detail.
  • Our rankings represent our editorial opinion based on our testing methodology. They are not objective facts — reasonable people can disagree about VPN rankings.

Nothing on this site constitutes legal, cybersecurity, or financial advice. If you're making high-stakes privacy decisions (like a journalist protecting a source), consult a professional.

5. No Warranties

This site is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information on this site.

We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your use of a VPN service you discovered through our site. VPN providers are independent companies — their performance, uptime, and legal behavior is outside our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnonyVPN and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any VPN service linked from it.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content on AnonyVPN — including articles, reviews, rankings, and graphics — is our property. You're welcome to quote or reference our work with attribution and a link back. Reproducing full articles without permission is not allowed.

8. External Links

We link to VPN provider websites, news articles, and research papers. We don't control those external sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms. We'll update the date at the top when we make changes.
